The Founder
For over a decade as an entrepreneur and property developer, the mission has been singular: creating spaces that command presence through architectural honesty and uncompromising quality. Based in Kuta Lombok, this journey accelerated with the establishment of Razzaque Estates and the creation of the Lithos project—an exclusive collection of Modern Tropical Brutalist villas.
The Lithos project proved that true luxury lies in raw, geometric precision. It established a signature aesthetic by contrasting heavy, raw concrete with the organic warmth of natural Indonesian teak and woven cane.
Grounds Coffee & Kitchen was built as the ultimate physical extension of this exact design philosophy, but with a deeply human focus.
